MC Associates HAS CONSTRUCTED MULTI-FAMILY AND STUDENT HOUSING Construction FOR SEVERAL SIGNATURE PROPERTIES OVER ITS TENURE.

While custom residential is no longer a core focus of the MC Associates team, we leverage decades of experience building high-end custom homes to ensure each unit feels like home, and quality is never lost through repetition.  Our founding competencies in hospitality has promoted our multi-family abilities well, and we expand our practices to accommodate both high-end and budget clients.  

Specifically, we have studied the student housing market closely and understand what features and characteristics are most appealing to students, while maintaining the quality coordinated with the budget they can afford.  Specific geographies of focus to date include Duke University, Wake Forest University, the University of Louisville, Miami of Ohio and Rutgers.  Our goal is to partner with institutions to alleviate a portion of their attention on housing its students and focus on the more important task at hand, educating our youth.
