Carter assists multiple project managers and on-site teams simultaneously. He also creates an invaluable link between construction management, investment management, operations, and various hired teams and workers, by having a complete understanding of all projects, regardless of their development and progress.

Carter has spent years learning and exploring the construction industry. He received his degree in Construction Management from Eastern Kentucky University, and served in various roles for Churchill McGee and Rosa Mosaic & Tile, where he was a key component of many important projects, including:

• The $1m East End Tunnels Project team, in Louisville, KY

• The $300k renovation of Moyer Elementary School in Ft. Thomas, KY
